Selecting the right staff is one of the most time consuming and complex tasks for any HR manager. Check-it.com is the simple and cost effective pre employment screening solution. Check-it™ has designed 3 package levels which meet the general requirements for differing levels of employment within an organisation. Check-it™ is also able to tailor a package to your specific needs or you can also order individual search items as required. If you become a client of Check-it™ you will be provided with secure access which will allow you to select a standard package or individual searches from a drop down menu.

Check-it™ is designed to provide commercial clients with the confidence and assurance arising from informed personnel decisions based on third party, multi-level validation of provided personal information.

Resume Validation is available through Check-it™ and will validate information provided to the client by an employee or prospective employee using standardised procedures and protocols; accessing and collating information subject to well defined parameters that are responsive to the needs of the client and the rights of the individual under review.

We are also able to provide Criminal History Records checks for accredited clients which will significantly improve the speed with which they get responses. We aim to get criminal history checks resulted back to the client within 24 hours where there has been a no trace result.

The product will comprise one or more of the following prescriptive validation reports:

    LEVEL 1
  • date and place of birth
  • address and contact details
  • qualifications, education, profession/trade registration/licensing
  • work history
  • professional and personal referees; and
  • photograph
    LEVEL 2
  • as for 'Level 1' plus
  • police records check - state, national or international
  • optional credit reference check
  • optional employment background check; and
  • optional driver's licence details
    LEVEL 3
  • as for 'Level 1 and 2' plus
  • Investigation following a detailed and specific briefing by the client - a more detailed background investigation for positions of trust and high sensitivity.
